Shipping & Delivery

Where is my package?

We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your order in your order confirmation email. However, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Please allow us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We typically ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.

Can I change when and how my package is delivered?
Yes, it's possible! Our shipping partner DHL always sends you an email with a package notification. This allows you to specify your preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery date.

My package should have arrived by now!
Please check your tracking information to see if the package has been left with a neighbor. If it hasn't been left with a neighbor and the shipping status hasn't changed in five days, please contact us – you'll find our contact options below.

Does delivery and return cost anything?

Delivery:
Our standard delivery to Germany is free for orders over €100, and to Austria, France, Italy, Belgium or the Netherlands for orders over €150.

How does the exchange work at Racquet Club?

We want your items to fit you perfectly – that's why exchanging items with us is quick, easy, and straightforward:

  1. Contact us by email or register your return online – this will start your exchange process.

  2. Return the product you wish to exchange. Once we receive it, we will refund you as soon as possible.

  3. Simply reorder the desired product in the correct size – independently and conveniently.

  4. Look forward to your package , put on the right size and you're ready.

Important: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and reorder . This way, you're guaranteed to receive your new item in the correct size as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund

What are the refund policies?
All items purchased online can be returned to our warehouse within 14 days. To return the item, please request a return from us so we can provide you with further return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning purchased items.

All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All products must be unworn and unwashed.

All original The Racquet Club tags must still be attached to the products.

The sender bears all costs and risks associated with returns. Please retain your payment receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.

How does the refund of my purchase amount work?
After inspecting your return, we will promptly refund the amount using the payment method you previously selected. For some payment providers, this process may take 10-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return an item?
A return from Germany costs €4.90.
A return from Austria costs €6.90.
A return from France, Italy, Belgium or the Netherlands costs €5.90.

All returns are borne by the buyer.

Please affix a return label from a shipping service of your choice to the outside of your return and send it back to our warehouse. You will receive the specific address from us in the instructions, provided your return has been approved by us.

When will I receive confirmation of my return?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items you sent back. Please allow us up to 10-14 business days to confirm your return. What payment methods are available?
